#50, 2500rpm gear-drive spindle is designed specifically ideal for precision boring jobs.
The moving column design together with spindle extension (W-axis) reduces the possibility of interference between the machine and the workpiece.
X, Z-axis Linear ways, Y-axis Box ways, the combination of linear ways and box ways enhances efficiency and cutting stability simultaneously.
Three axes feeds are transmitted through large diameter ball screws in combination with motor speed reduction ratio of 1:2, providing powerful transmission effect.
The table area measures 1400 x 1600mm and provides a maximum loading capacity of up to 8,500kg. 1/1000-degree of table indexing allows for continuous rotation for increasing working efficiency.
